This document covers the nexcode.com.tr corporate website. It is not a privacy policy for accounts, learning activity or payments in Ezelingo, FunLearny or other applications.
1. Information you share on this site
The early-access form records your email address, selected product, language, form location, registration time and communication consent. Its technical record also includes the notice version, request IP address and browser information. In the contact form, you provide your name, email address and message. Do not include children's personal information, student records or sensitive personal data in your message.
2. Contact and early access
Early-access details are collected to contact you about your selected product. Contact form fields are used in your browser to compose an email; the website does not submit them to a server or save them. Your message reaches the company email address only when you send it from your email application. Your email provider's own terms also apply. Sending a contact message does not register you for early access.
3. Optional visitor analytics
When Google Analytics is enabled, visits, traffic sources and successful early-access registrations are measured only after you accept analytics. Your registration email address is not included in the analytics event. You can decline analytics or change your choice through the cookie preferences in the footer. This choice does not provide consent for data processing within our products.
4. Retention and service providers
Technical service providers support website hosting, early-access record storage, company email and, when enabled, analytics. You can contact hello@nexcode.com.tr with questions about data retention, deletion, service providers or data transfers.
5. Children and our applications
The corporate website does not create student accounts or request learning profiles. This document does not cover student accounts, learning data or parent and guardian processes within our applications.
6. Requests and scope
You can use the company email address below for requests about your data or early-access communications. You can request information about, correction of or deletion of the details you shared through this website. Information about the site is also available in the KVKK privacy notice.
