2. Personal Data Processed
When joining the early access list: your email address, product preference (FunLearny / Ezelingo / Both), your IP address at request time and timestamp.
3. Processing Purposes
Data is used solely to: (i) deliver product launch announcements via email, (ii) protect the service from spam and abuse (rate-limiting).
4. Legal Basis
Data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2(a) (legal grounds) and Art. 5/1 (explicit consent). Marketing email is subject to your explicit consent — every email contains an unsubscribe link.
5. Transfer
Your data is shared only with our software infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) and only to the extent technically necessary. International transfer requires your explicit consent.
6. Retention
Your email is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
7. Your Rights
