This Privacy Notice has been prepared by NEXCODE YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Nexcode", "Company") as data controller under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data Processed

When joining the early access list: your email address, product preference (FunLearny / Ezelingo / Both), your IP address at request time and timestamp.

3. Processing Purposes

Data is used solely to: (i) deliver product launch announcements via email, (ii) protect the service from spam and abuse (rate-limiting).

4. Legal Basis

Data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2(a) (legal grounds) and Art. 5/1 (explicit consent). Marketing email is subject to your explicit consent — every email contains an unsubscribe link.

5. Transfer

Your data is shared only with our software infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) and only to the extent technically necessary. International transfer requires your explicit consent.

6. Retention

Your email is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

7. Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to: (a) ask whether your data is processed, (b) request information, (c) learn the purpose, (d) request correction, (e) request deletion, (f) object to processing. Requests: hello@nexcode.com.tr

8. Cookies

Google Analytics is not loaded before you accept. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 uses analytics cookies to measure visits, traffic sources, device information and successful early-access signups. Your email address is not sent to analytics. Google may process analytics data on its infrastructure outside Türkiye. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and clears Google Analytics cookies for this site. Your choice is saved in local storage in your browser.
