These terms address use of the NexCode corporate website only. They do not create a contract for a product subscription, application account or app-store purchase.
1. Website and product information
This site provides information about NexCode and the educational products it develops. Refer to the development and access status stated for each product. Describing a product does not mean it is publicly released or that it will be released on a particular date.
2. Early-access requests
The early-access form records your request for communication about a selected product. Registration does not guarantee access on a particular date, a test invitation, free subscription, discount or purchase of a service. Product use and any paid features are subject to terms provided separately by the relevant product.
3. Contact
You may use the contact channels to reach the company. Share only information you are authorized to provide. Do not include children's personal data, student records, passwords or payment details. A message prepared in your email application does not reach the company until you send it.
4. Using the website
Do not send automated requests that disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access or use the forms for spam or to submit other people's information. Do not use site content, images or branding to create a misleading impression of a partnership or endorsement.
5. External links and products
An external product, store or social profile link may take you to another service. That service provides its own terms and privacy information. The corporate website's documents do not replace those terms.
